We may share your Personal Information to the owner of the properties to which your visit to this website or inquiry relates. The owners of the properties listed on our website are ACP Investments One Inc., Philippine Asset Growth One Inc., and Philippine Asset Growth Two Inc. These arrangements are each covered by a Data Sharing Agreement in compliance with the Act to ensure the safety and protection of your Personal Information.

Your Personal Information will be stored at our third party cloud services provider. We may also retain physical copies at 8F, BA Lepanto Bldg. 8749 Paseo de Roxas, Salcedo Village, Makati, 1227 Philippines


Third Party Transfer

Your Personal Information may be shared to our parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other related companies. We may also engage a third party to further process your Personal Information. In all instances, we will notify you in advance and disclose the purpose for which your Personal Information will be shared.  


Data Retention

The Personal Information you provide  will be retained for a period of ten (10) years from date of last engagement (e.g. release of transferred title, release of documents related to back-out) or as may be required by existing laws, rules and regulations, unless you request your data to be deleted in our systems, databases and hard copies earlier than this date, subject to limitation of applicable laws and/or the Act. Once deleted, your information will no longer be searchable or included in anonymous searches and will be completely removed from all the storage location.
